Home Organization
Being organized at home helps remove some of the pressure the world puts on us and frees us up to take on challenges outside of our home. An organized home can be a comfortable refuge from external pressures. When you have too much stuff or your space is disorganized you expend excess mental energy - consciously or sub-consciously - when you could be relaxing and recharging.
The first step in getting organized is usually disposing of the extra stuff we don't need. The rest of the process is obviously a personal journey that is unique to everyone. It starts with setting short-term and long-term goals, then getting organized and setting up systems to stay organized for the rest of your life.
